Our recruiting process attempts to be a microcosm of what it will be like for a candidate and a firm to work together: orderly, responsive, communicative and to-the-point.

Once clients engage us, they will be introduced to their account manager who will describe a process that has been successful in placing leaders in other firms. We expect specific commitments from our clients that enable any search to proceed in a smooth, well-informed manner. The process is built on four elements that constitute the process map for all of our searches:

Opportunity profile: Our “take” on your firm…more than a candidate can get from a website or web search. Candidates often remark that this profile is the reason their interest has been piqued.

Position description: Typical descriptions are almost universally bland. Our position descriptions are written from a candidate’s perspective, specific and concise.

Candidate profile: Typically a two-page description of candidates we recommend our clients pursue, they consist of background, strengths, unresolved questions, and recommendations.

Activity report: Weekly summary of every candidate identified and contacted.
