How to Work With Us:

You can enlist Breuer Consulting Group to identify a range of candidates over time. Most of our larger clients have on-going needs. We provide long-term value for our clients by getting to know them over time, acting almost as an in-house recruiting organization.

You can retain Breuer Consulting Group to conduct a search for one specific position. Occasionally, it makes sense to work with Breuer Consulting Group for one search only. We will apply the same process and strategy as with our account-based clients, but without the additional services.

You can assist employees in transitioning out of your firm to their next employer. We provide outplacement counseling for executive-level individuals to help them become effective in searching for the next step in their career.

We will consult with you about talent-related issues. Organizational structure, potential acquisitions, comparative salaries, client and candidate perception surveys, and even speech-writing are projects on which we have helped our clients in the past. Our knowledge of the design community is deep.
