How We Do It

The recruiting process is a lot like the design process — we continuously
re-frame, re-focus, and refine until we find the right solution.

 

1: INVESTIGATE

We meet with you in your workplace to get a deep understanding of your values, aspirations, personalities, leadership styles, challenges, and goals. Our industry expertise allows us to think critically to make sure you’re looking for the right leader and have a clear picture of who will be successful.

 

2: IDENTIFY

Breuer Consulting Group has extensive knowlege and resources, allowing us to quickly identify prospects for your review. Our online reporting system allows you to follow along at every step. Transparency and confidentiality are hallmarks of our work.

 

3: CONNECT

We conduct the first round of structured interviews with short-listed candidates to help you flag key motivators and potential sticking points. We then present an in-depth candidate profile and organize meetings with the most qualified candidates.

 

4: HIRE

Once a front-runner emerges, we can advise on the content of your offer and flag any potential sticking points. After negotiations, we follow up to make sure your path forward is smooth, communicating regularly with the client and placement during the transition.
