The Principal – Business Development and Marketing will be expected to represent the firm at events, make initial contacts with prospective clients, and coach the technical professionals when it is time for them to take over the relationship with prospective clients. This role would also actively assist in developing proposal content, help with presentations, and lead the marketing team.
The ideal candidate would hold a degree in a related field with at least 10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. In addition to having proven success developing new markets and maintaining existing clients, the individual should possess strong leadership skills as well as a preference to work collaboratively. The candidate should be a strategic thinker who has the vision to influence the broader goals of the firm and the focus and determination to execute those plans.
