A 100-person design firm, with both U.S. and International offices, is looking for a Senior Interiors Project Manager in their San Francisco Office. The firm is a team of strategists, planners, architects, landscape architects and designers with a global practice headquartered in New York and San Francisco.
The Senior Interiors Project Manager will assume leadership of the management of multiple Interior Design projects during all phases of a project until completion. Specifically, assume accountability for project schedule and financial performance, quality control and team communication. Collaborate with the design leader to produce profitable projects while supporting design excellence. Manage projects in collaboration with planning and architectural design leaders to produce fully integrated projects. Ensure that collaboration is a key feature of the management of all projects with colleagues in both the San Francisco and New York offices.
More than 10 years of experience in the field of interior design, NCIDQ or Architectural licensing is required and LEED accreditation is strongly preferred. Experience and demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules and staffing. Deep experience in hospitality interior projects with additional experience in resort and or high-end residential projects would be an advantage.
