An established marketing, advertising and sales professional, Susan Faigen has spent her career working with the concept of the unique selling proposition (USP). Her knowledge of the built environment, developed over 20 years of hands-on experience, enables her to work with both candidates and clients to understand their USP, establishing a basis for gauging the elusive concept of fit. Her exceptional written and verbal skills enable her to paint an accurate portrait of a candidate that stimulates dialogue throughout the process. With a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, Susan began her career in business-to-business advertising, and then went on to do marketing and business development for several architectural, engineering and construction firms. A serial entrepreneur, she’s a business innovator and strategic thinker with the critical-to-executive-search qualities of being well-organized and detail-oriented. Passionate about design and sustainability, she has a natural ability to quickly evaluate, tease out the qualities that matter, identify potential concerns, and make action-oriented recommendations to our clients.
