Investigate


We meet with you in your workplace to get a deep understanding of your values, aspirations, personalities, leadership styles, challenges, and goals. Our experience allows us to think critically to make sure you’re looking for the right leader and have a clear picture of who will be successful.

Identify


Our extensive database built over decades is a good starting point for conducting in-depth research that quickly identifies prospects for your review.  We review all potential candidates with our clients before contacting them. Our online reporting system allows clients to follow our progress at every step.

Connect


Once potential candidates are cleared with our clients, we conduct a first round of structured interviews to identify key attributes. We develop an understanding of strengths, weaknesses and potential fit from a sequence of interactions we have with potential candidates. For those with promise, we prepare an in-depth profile highlighting what we have learned to prepare our clients for the interview process.

Hire


When a front-runner emerges, we advise on the content of an offer and flag any potential sticking points. After negotiations, we follow up to make sure the path forward is smooth, communicating regularly with both clients and candidates during the transition.
